This very small organ nevertheless allows a professional musician to practise serious repertoire in the comfort of his home. An important feature is the inclusion of the independent Pedal Open Flute 8ft. Using this, together with the manual Flute 4, it is possible to work on trio sonatas — Andrew plays the left hand an octave lower than written (therefore sounding at 8ft pitch) and the right hand as normal (sounding 4ft, but within the overall texture effectively as 8ft plus 4ft). The result is remarkably effective.

The organ was originally designed for a small apartment room. Its footprint measures 1440mm by 670mm for the case itself, plus a further 650-700 for the projection of the pedalboard and stool. The height is 2130mm.

The casework is of Oak. The fretwork panels feature JS Bach's seal in the centre, supported in a background of oak leaves. The keyboards have coverings of African Blackwood, and Pearwood.
